Take the bread slices, butter their surface and toast them in the oven for about 7-8 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
Put the avocado (peeled) in a deep bowl and begin pressing it with the help of a fork until it turns into apuree. Squeeze half a lemon over the avocado. Mix it well and finally add the finely minced basil.
In a flat pan add the peanuts and cook them for about 5 minutes (without oil). Once the peanuts are well cooked, add them to the mass of avocado and mix until all the ingredients are mixed with each other.
Once the bread slices are well-toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Take each slice of bread and top them with the prepared mass. Finally, add some olive oil.
