In a deep pan (with a diameter of 20–25 cm) add the orange (cut into thin slices), half a cup of coffee with water, and the granulated sugar (1 tablespoon). Cook the orange for about 10 minutes on a low heat.
In a deep bowl add the granulated sugar, unsalted butter (melted), eggs and mix until a compact mass is formed.
Add the milk in the bowl and mix again. Meanwhile, in another bowl add the all purpose flour, the cocoa powder, the baking soda and after all the ingredients are mixed with each other, add them to the bowl with the mass we prepared earlier.
Add the prepared mass in the pan, where we cooked the orange slices and cook it for about 10–15 minutes on slow fire.
* Be careful! At the moment when you add the prepared mass, you should immediately cover the pan.
