Pour a little olive oil in a deep pot, put the leeks (cut into small pieces) and let them fry for about 5-6 minutes.
Once we see that leeks are sufficiently fried add potatoes (cut into small cubes), broccoli (cut into pieces), water and chicken sauce into the pot. Mix them well, add a little salt and let boil for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in another pot put the milk to boil and then leave to cool for about 5 minutes.
Once we see that the vegetables are boiled enough, we mix the mass with a blender until it becomes creamy and then add it to the pot with the milk. Mix it good and add a little black pepper and parsley.
