- hazelnut - 200 g
- cocoa powder - 100 g
- powdered sugar - 125 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- salt - 1/2 coffee spoon
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- To prepare this recipe you will need a blender or electric grinder. Put the hazelnuts in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds until they turn into a liquid mass.
- In the blender add the cocoa powder and the powdered sugar and mix for about 30 more seconds.
- Once you finish mixing the ingredients, add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing again for about 10 seconds until a homogeneous mass is formed.
