If you want "easy, fancy," it doesn't get much better than roasted salmon fillets. It can be a mid-week date night, an al fresco meal with friends, or dinner with the in-laws, and salmon will rise to the occasion.
- Place the salmon on a non–stick baking sheet. Marinate it with salt and black pepper.
- Put the slices of lemon (thinly cut), garlic (cut in thin slices) and green onion (finely minced) on the salmon. Then add the olive oil on the salmon.
- Cover the salmon with the baking sheet from all sides and put it in the baking pan. Let it roast for about 15 minutes in 480°F (250°C).
