Put the bacon (cut in small cubes) in a deep pan and let it fry for about 5 minutes. (If the bacon has too much fat, you don’t have to add oil in the pan, because the bacon releases its own fat. Otherwise, add some olive oil.)
After the bacon is fried, add the chicken fillet (cut in small cubes) in the pan and let it cook for about 8 minutes.
Add the garlic cloves (finely chopped), the fresh spinach (cut in small pieces), salt and black pepper in the pan. Continuously stir and let it cook until the spinach is completely softened. In the meantime, boil the pasta.
It is preferred the pasta to not be completely boiled so don’t boil them for more than 10–12 minutes.
In the meantime, add the panna in the pan and stir until all the ingredients are mixed together.
After the sauce is made, add the pasta, parmigiano cheese (minced) and stir until the sauce and pasta are blended together.
