Pizza With Nutella, Strawberries And Bananas
Stir water (warm), sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Mix them well, until the water joins the yeast and leave it for about 5 minutes until the yeast has completely dissolved in water.
In another bowl add the flour, salt, olive oil and yeast (prepared before). Press the dough with some flour until it gets an even shape.
Put the dough in an oiled container, cover it with kitchen paper and leave it idle for about 20–25 minutes.
Once the volume of the mass of dough has doubled in size, press it again and with the help of the rolling pin, give it an average thickness of 5 mm.
Bake it in the oven for about 5 minutes at 450 °F (250 °C). After the pizza dough is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Spread Nutella on top of the pizza dough, and place the strawberries and bananas (sliced) on top.
