Roasted Bream Fish With Orange Sauce
The bream fish should be thoroughly washed and rinsed with water. Add salt and marinate it with two orange slices, some parsley leaves, some olive oil, and salt.
The scallop is the suitable fish for this recipe because it is one that tastes better when cooked in the oven.
Roasting is the key stage of this recipe, so follow the instructions carefully. In a medium pan add olive oil (about 1 cup of coffee) and spread it throughout the pan surface.
After having the bream fish prepared as above, we place them in the pan and cover the whole pan with aluminum foil.
Put the pan in the oven and roast it at a temperature of 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
This is the first stage of roasting. After 40 minutes, remove the fish from the oven. Remove the aluminum foil and put the pan back in the oven for about 20 more minutes at the same temperature (200 ° C).
